I don't understand how this product opens. How do you apply the solution to the swab in the wand. It has a click twist to it. guess I'm getting old for high tech packaging. thanksHow do you open the applicator to the Revlon Colorstay eye concealer?
You turn the base until product begins to come out the top. You may have to turn it several times for the first use.
