Why is revlon custom creations so hard to find?

Why can't i find this foundation? The only place i did find it was on walgreens website and i need it way before they can deliver it. Do you know a store where I can find revlon custom creations? Any major chains stores or if your in the nyc area speciality stores?Why is revlon custom creations so hard to find?

do you know what i find so halerious..... im from new zealand and revlon is called revlon New York.....in one shopping complex alone about 12 shops stock it. and new york, were its created, you cant get it? golly. its $45 in New Zealand Report Abuse
