I just love Revlon's make up but they have now stopped selling it in both Greece and Sweden, which are the countries I live in. Does anyone know the reason for this or where I can buy their products?What's happening to Revlon, where can I buy Revlon products these days?

At first I was going to suggest Wal-Mart or Tager, but that was before I knew you lived out of the states!
They have great make-up, hope you can find where they're selling them now! Most drug stores here sell them, maybe they sell them there as well.

Proffesional irons can deliver much better results, and will keep your hair straight for as long as you keep it dry! Believe me, if you use either of those it will damage your hair very badly, it happened to me when I was 12 and stupid. I had to end up cutting my hair so it only went up to my ears.
With a professional iron, no one can tell the difference if you have naturally straight hair or not!

Don't get loreal! I brought it, and it gave me a rash! the make up was really harsh on my skin - it felt like it was on fire! Also the brush included was really scratchy and irritated me more. I since found out that loreal test on animals. I would buy the revlon one - no bunnies died and its better quality make up. But if your open to suggestion, bare minerals is the best of the best :)

Is Revlon Beyond Natural makeup any good? It's one of those new cream foundations where it's white and when you put it on your face it automatically matches your skin tone. Has anybody tried this or any foundation of the same concept but a different brand?

It works well enough, but I find it tedious to pull hair Thru that cap with that tiny little pick..... I use an old toothbrush and dip it into the mix and apply to sections of hair.... works great for me. Good luck!

If the grease was animal fat then, yes makeup can be made from animals. If the old grease came from vegetable fat (oil) then no it isn't. But who knows, if all the grease is mixed together. However, if it's Hypo-allergenic then it's suppose to not have animal (fat) in it. But who knows!?

I have a Chi... and I highly, highly recommend it.

i've been through 3 types of straightners.
the first one was conair... it was mmmkaayy i mean it was good, but not as good as i wanted it to be...
the second one was Revlon, i hate to say it, but it sucked, a lot it took forever to heat up! and it wasnt even that hot! looking back at those pictures i took (i also have curlyish/wavyhair) i was thinking wow (in a bad way) the Revlon straightner was overall the worste (im sorry but its my honest opinion) also another note, usually you get what you pay for, Revlon i got my straightner for 20$$ i mean i admit that was pretty cheap and i got baad results
my final straightner (and the one im using) is bedhead. bedhead is fantastic, its 70$$ it goes to 200'C very fast and when your finished it makes your hair shiny somehow, and i have thiiick hair. it takes me about an hour to do hair that reaches about half my back,thick, and curly. i would much rather prefer you to get bedhead
also straightning your when its wet is..... not good. i used to do it a couple years ago and nothingseemed to hapen at first but later on as i kept doing it, i practically fried my hair.. so i warn you DONT DO IT please! its somewhat okay to do it when its damp, but to get the best results do it when its dry... personally i like taking a shower, going to bed and fixing my hair in the morning!

I find that you should first use a concealer to cover any dark spots you may have. Then use a foundation that is 1 shade darker than your skin tone. Than lightly dust a bit of powder over your face which is one shade lighter than you skin tone. Then apply eyeshadow. Try to go natural with a hint of gold with shimmer and maybe a tad of dark blue to go with your clothes because you shouldn't really match your clothes with your shadow, I should know, I'm a makeup artist. This will brighten up your eyes. Then dust a little shimmery gold eyeshadow or bronzer around the edges of your face, this will help enhance the glow and beauty. The finish with mascara if you want a a nice lippy or gloss. ENJOY!

I am thinking of buying the Revlon colorstay blemish concealer, but it says :

Okay...if you look on practically any acne cleanser with good ingredients (such as benzoyl peroxide, or salicyd acid, etc) it ALWAYS says that...just use them both, and if any dry skin comes with em, use face lotion (somethin that's meant for the face, and has no oils, and doesn't clog ur pores) =) good luck

I would be very very very careful mixing anything with clean and clear products! I made that mistake and the skin on my entire face had cracks (no lie) and it was red and i could barely move my mouth that it hurt so bad! I would not take my chances....

The only thing is, I would advise you use caution, because I once used Garnier Nutrisse and I left it on for an extra 15 minutes, and my scalp felt as if it was kind of burning in certain areas, even a for a while after I rinsed out all the excess dye. So, limit the amount of ';extra'; time you leave any hair color on your hair.

I too fell in love w/ the many shades of Revlon's creme eye shadow...then tried to put the stuff on...ugh. So, here's what ya need to do. I would suggest you go to Target and buy the Boot's brand (known as No 7) eye shadow base. It keeps your shadow flawless....ESPECIALLY creme shadows. However, if you don't want to do that...use regular base on you eyelids first...then apply the creme. I like to use a piece of natural sponge that I tore off a larger sponge to apply the shadow...it gives it a flawless, seamless look, but you can also use your fingers. DO NOT USE AN APPLICATOR. It won't work and will smudge and crease. When you have applied the shadow...get some loose powder and sprinkle it into your hand. Dip your finger into the powder and lightly apply it over the shadow. This keeps the make up looking fresh. Good Luck! I also try to use creme blush...it's so hard to blend it in well. It last pretty well for me and I have oily skin. I use a facial mist that contain glycerin this helps make up stays on longer.

I am very fair (lightest shade of alot of foundations) with cool undertones, I bought this at ulta a few mos ago when they had a revlon sale. I think I bought it in ';petal';, a dusty pink color. I opened it up and was excited because it was close to the color of one of my more expensive blushes. I rubbed my finger in it to see how the color payoff was- nothing showed up. I did it again- no color, on a slightly shimmery finger. The brush is horrible and for me this stuff had literally NO color pay off. I returned it 2 days later.

It's a good foundation in general, but make sure you do a few things to help your skin. Use skin care products specifically made for dry skin-they are usually much richer than other skin care lines and help with redness and dry, flaky areas. Always apply your moisturizer before your foundation and allow to dry-this will prevent flaking and your foundation from looking cakey. Second, use a face primer BEFORE applying foundation but AFTER applying moisturizer. This helps provide a smooth base for your foundation to adhere to, and it helps to keep your foundation in place. Then apply foundation with your hands-it's much better than using a brush because the oils and warmth from your hands help spread the foundation more easily (make sure your hands are freshly washed so you don't spread oil and dirt into your skin). Revlon foundation is great, and with these tips your face will look flawless!
if you have dry skin its bc you wash it to often and/or use harsh products.......invest in things specifically for dry skin and things with no alochol or anything else that drys your face and make sure you apply face cream morning and night it makes a difference a big one....i use revlon color stay and im pretty happy with it bc it last hours and i need to touch ups and i dont even use powder to finish it off. its matte which i like adn it blends easy.....try it or ask for a sample size to see how you like it most drug stores let you return it if you dont like it

Nooo! This stuff will dissolve off your face if you go swimming. It doesn't seem to be water-proof at all. I tried it out and was wearing it during a hot day. The minute my face got a little warm, I went to blot sweat from my face and the makeup had gotten all cakey and sticky, it came right off. If you're going to use a Revlon product to go swimming in, I'd try any of the Color-Stay products. They have fairly good staying power. Also, top with a makeup setting spray like Model in a Bottle. The Custom Creations might even stay put if you top it with Model in a Bottle - this miracle spray makes almost all cosmetics water resistant. If you really want something to truly stay put all day, try a product called Colortration. This is a highly concentrated foundation (mix with moisturizer for a sheer look) and stays on all day, despite oily skin, water and/or humidity. It's pricey, about 35 bucks a bottle %26amp; can only be purchased online. I'm looking for a new foundation, and since it's almost impossible to find the right color for my skin, I thought I would try Revlon Custom Creations.

I would stay away from revlon products because they are not made to be gentle on the skin.I used one kind of revlon foundation and it made my skin break out and it was just really greasy and oily feeling. Try loreal true match makeup they have many different shades in warm, neutral, and cool categories. I think you would probably find your shade in the warm category. And even though i hate maybelline foundation, it might actually be worth a try for you. Most of their light foundations have a yellowish look to them (which is the main reason why i hated them) but out of the ones I've tried many of them didn't last very long. You might also look into Rimmel because again their light shades tend to have a yellowish tint. also, the custom creations foundation is not for sensitive skin. plus, altho i had anticipated its release (but disappointed now), its shades dont differ that much even though there are 5 different colour thingies. its totally not worth the $12.99, if u ask me.

I love it too! I wash my face first, put on a light weight moisturizer, let it soak in, and then dab it on with a makeup sponge (don't rub it in, as I find it rubs right back off onto the sponge until it sets) then follow up with a translucent powder to set it (any inexpensive kind does the trick!).
