If so, then where do you aply it this eye liner just isn't working for me :(Does revlon colorstay liquid i pen eye liner work for youu?
i tried it and i do not like it at all.Does revlon colorstay liquid i pen eye liner work for youu?
Even though, its a color stay, i haven't found a liquid liner that will actually stay put. So its an ok eye liner. I like the pencil better, they dont water down when your eye's water.
it is very good but i've used better liquid liners but if you dont want to pay alot of $$$ then buy it
