Is there something I am supposed to do to get my REVLON ColorStay liquid eye pen to work?
It barley comes out when I try to use it. Most of the time it doesn't even come out....Is there something I am supposed to do to get my REVLON ColorStay liquid eye pen to work? its probably defective
