YES YES and YES. I wouldn't use it right out of the package though. It is very sharp and doesnt feel good near your eye, however once it is a little dull, it applys very smooth and stays on longer then anything else ive tried.What do you think about Revlon Colorstay eye liner?
i like merle norman. it's really soft and goes on easily.
i love it. i've been using it for awhile. it stays on really great.
