You need to moisturize before applying foundation. Also, make sure you are buying the proper foundation for your skin type, I use Revlon Colostay too, and they have different types, from Normal to Oily/Combination skin.Revlon Colorstay Makes me look Dry and cakey?
Either you need to moisturize before putting on your foundation or you've bought the wrong formula because I know Revlon Colorstay has options for combonation/oily/dry skin.
